Hi Everyone!

Welcome to The Style Bean! I hope your ready for the most delicious salmon recipe ever. I was introduced to this recipe at a party a couple of weeks ago. My friends mother in-law Bonnie made her famous salmon. At first I didn’t think about trying it because I hate seafood. Yes I hate seafood. It’s the texture and the smell, ew! The salmon was coated in horseradish then topped with a variety of herbs and breadcrumbs. I decided to be adventurous so I put half of a filet on my plate. When I tasted this piece of salmon I was pleasantly surprised. I decided I needed the recipe and I was going to try this, how hard could it be?

Friday’s are always a great night for a romantic dinner so my love and I went food shopping and purchased all the ingredients. From start to finish this took 30 minutes. I also made brown rice and green beans with garlic and onion. Bonnie served hers with mac and cheese and that was delicious too!

The whole dinner took me a little longer than expected and we both were really hungry. So we sat down at the dinning room table and Rob took the first bite looked at me and said, “ I can’t believe it taste like this.” I took that as a compliment because it really was amazing! There was enough for a small bowl of leftovers. Left overs are my favorite!

I hope you recreate this super easy and super delicious meal! Enjoy the yummy goodness of Bonnie’s Baked Salmon!
