The Finished K Kitchen Design!
Hi All!
The K Kitchen Design is complete! My client had her house warming party a couple of weeks ago and invited me. I was very excited to see my design in real life. She decided to go with Design #1. The contractor was able to use the existing cabinets along with two additional cabinets and filler in order to complete the design. As you can see the entire kitchen has been updated. The countertops are granite, backsplash is tile sheets and the flooring is lock and lay laminate hardwood.
I was blown away by the craftsmanship of the contractors work, who is my clients father. When you are redesigning an existing kitchen and reusing materials unexpected issues can arise which can cause a design/material change. In this case that did not happen. The renovation took 4 weeks, with work only being done on the weekends.

In the end my client was very pleased with her kitchen and the value it brought to her new home.
